I got labor cert approve on FEB10 and going to apply I-140 via preium process in Mar 15.
My Laber cert was file on April 09 and I have been paid lower than prevailing wage since the company reduce working hour and aset of company is 0
Year 2008
W2 + Net income tax return of company reach required wage
Year 2009
W2 + ballance sheet reach required wage (but net income tax return for 2009 is not availble yet)
Are they going to ask for 2009 net income tax return in March? if my company going to file tax extension this year and I also afraid that the net income in tax return may be lower than the number in balance sheet this year.
Is it posible that My case would be get approve without any RFE?

Dear Core Team,
What is IV's stand on people still stuck in LC backlog in PEBC/DEBC, There are applications pending there since 2001/2002. If this becomes law that I-140 filed after May 2007 will be rejected then the biggest impact will be on such people as even labor is not cleared and even after waiting for so long they will lose everything.

generally its filled 4 weeks ahead, so keep trying. first get a canadian visa from nearby canada embassy or by courier/mail

My wife has H1 approved. Currentlyy she is in India. Her H1B will start from October 1st. I had 2 questions:
1. For stamping does she have to wait till Oct 1st or she can go before also?
2. Based on question 1 if she can go before oct 1st and get visa, can she enter US before 1st october?

I had emailed the Murthy team on Friday. Today Mr Vasant Nayak from Murthy.com emailed me back with concerns since i had emailed him from yahoo and my name was not in the list of volunteers. I have given him Admin and Walden Pond's names and have emailed both Admin and Walden Pond to touch base with him.
Murthy is a BIG source of traffic. He did say Murthy wud have to look a lot into us to put a link on their website. I request someone from the Board to pls get in touch with Mr Vasant Nayak. If you need his email pls send me a private message (as i dont want him getting spammed) ;)
